What is included, room by room.
We would rather write down what we do than promise “an impeccable service”. Every item below is real time that we account for in your quote.
- Bedrooms
- Dusting, then damp and dry wiping of surfaces: the bed, dresser, television, wardrobe and furniture.
- Bathrooms with a shower or tub
- Full cleaning of the sink, shower, tub and toilet, damp and dry wiping, dusting and bin liners changed.
- Powder rooms
- General cleaning of the sink and toilet, damp and dry wiping, dusting and bin liners changed.
- Kitchen
- Counters, cabinet fronts, sink and the outside of appliances. Deep degreasing is agreed separately.
- Living room
- Damp and dry surface wiping of furniture, lamps, table, chairs and ornaments.
- Dining room
- Table, chairs and surfaces dusted and wiped before vacuuming.
- Rugs and carpet
- Vacuuming of rugs and carpet in the agreed rooms.
- Vacuuming
- Floors vacuumed, including hallways, landings and stairs, in stages.
- Floor washing
- Damp mopping, including hallways, landings and stairs, in stages.
Legal framework
This type of building does not fall under the decree.
Single-family homes and the inside of a privately owned condo unit are not on the list of buildings covered by the sector decree. Québec labour standards still apply, and we manage this work to the same standard as the work that is covered.
