Law 25
Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026
This is a courtesy translation. The French version is the official one, and it prevails if the two differ.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, email, phone number, municipality and the description of the place to be cleaned. Nothing else.
We never ask for a social insurance number, date of birth, banking details or a copy of any identity document through this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare your quote and to contact you about it. This information serves no other purpose, is not sold, and is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need to answer it and follow up reasonably. If it does not lead to a service, we delete it. If a contract is agreed, the information needed is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the accounting and tax obligations that follow it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, and to have it deleted. We respond within thirty days of your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and does not track your browsing for targeting purposes. Fonts are served from our own servers: no request is made to any third party during your visit.
Draft kept on your device
While you fill in the quote form, your browser keeps a draft of your answers — including your name, email and phone if you have already entered them. This stops you losing everything if you close the tab by accident.
That draft stays on your device: it is not sent to us and we have no access to it. It is deleted automatically as soon as your request is sent. You can also remove it yourself by clearing your browser's site data. Your browser also keeps your light or dark theme preference, so it does not have to ask again on each visit.
Person responsible
Where no specific person has been designated, Law 25 assigns this responsibility to the person holding the highest authority in the company. That person answers for it, and you can reach them using the contact details below.
For any question, or to exercise your rights, write to info@maisonpropre.ca or call 514 815-6417.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Language
The French version of this policy is the official one. If a translation differs from it, the French version prevails.
