Commercial cleaning

Offices, shops, clinics and restaurants. A written agreement, and a contractor who knows what this type of building really takes.

Owners and managers of commercial premises in the greater Québec City area.

Clean, orderly open-plan office with clear surfaces and morning light.

Your budget

The decree is priced into your quote, not discovered afterwards.

A commercial space costs more to maintain than a home, for reasons you cannot guess from the outside. We price them into the quote — you do not get to discover them on an invoice.

The detail

What is included, room by room.

We would rather write down what we do than promise “an impeccable service”. Every item below is real time that we account for in your quote.

Work areas and offices
Dusting of clear surfaces, disinfection of touch points, emptying bins and replacing liners.
Washrooms and changing rooms
Full cleaning and disinfection, dispensers restocked as agreed.
Kitchenettes and lunchrooms
Counters, sinks, tables, the outside of appliances and waste handling.
Floors
Vacuuming and washing according to the floor covering. Specialised treatments — stripping, waxing, polishing — are quoted separately.
Common areas and entrances
Hallways, stairs, lifts, glass doors and high-traffic surfaces.
Records and follow-up
Hours logged by work category, and a single contact for follow-up.

Straight talk

What is quoted separately.

Better said now than on the doorstep. We do this work, but it is quoted separately.

  • Regulated disinfection in healthcare settings, which requires a separate agreement
  • Industrial cleaning of extraction hoods and ducts
  • Window cleaning at height requiring specialised access equipment

Describe the place, we will do the maths.

A few minutes on the form beats a rough figure given over the phone.
